Kent Magnuson

Kent Magnuson has over 25 years invested into the consumer electronics industry. Kent has always had a passion for music, customized audio and video solutions, and an entrepreneurial spirit. Kent sees technology as a way to simplify our lives but he is also keenly aware that nothing in this new industry will ever replace outstanding customer service.
Coming from a family with a history of music teachers and musicians some form of music was always destiny in Kent’s life. After attending the University of Regina’s music education program Kent’s hobby of car stereo’s pushed him to get a job selling car audio which then progressed into home A/V and then home automation.
Kent and the ON AV team take immense pride in looking after their clients and making sure they are not just selling boxes, but building long lasting relationships and becoming a client’s smart home company for life. Kent truly loves what he does and its not a job to him it is working at his hobby and he only wants the best for his clients. Kent’s wife Tanya has been in the consumer electronics business for over 25 years and is a vital part of what makes ON AV exist. She looks after all of the intricate details behind the scenes and has been a key person in ON AV’s success.
When Kent is not at work he is a proud father of his three children Kennya, Peyton and Thomas. He and Tanya feel family is the most important piece in life and love spending time together.

Dave Biskupek
CO-FOUNDER
Dave Biskupek is a hands on the job technician with over 20 years experience in the consumer electronics industry.
Dave takes great pride in making sure clients are looked after day or night. With Dave’s expertise in smart home and business security systems, audio/video, surveillance camera systems and home automation no job is too big or too small.
Dave’s vast knowledge in programming home automation systems allow our clients to get the most out of their investment making sure their systems work simple and are fun to use.
Dave holds many certifications from Control4, Lutron and the Cedia association. He is constantly perfecting his craft and makes sure he is ahead of the curve with new programming practices.
When Dave is not working he enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with his friends and family.

Brad Benson
PARTNER
Brad’s interest in electronics began at a young age, wiring speakers around his parent’s house on the farm and testing every antenna he could to pick up distant radio stations.
Brad received his certificate in the Electronic Communications Technician at SIAST in Regina. Brad then began working at Arts Audio where he acted as lead installer and began programming with Xantech and Russound, then Speakercraft, RTI and Elan. He later joined the team at ON AV where he became trained and a Certified programmer for Control4. He loves Control 4 hardware because it is so versatile for so many elements of home control.
Brad is now a partner at ON AV and is a master of his craft. His knowledge for automation and networking is vast. His drive to be the best at what he does comes through in his work and he is constantly perfecting his skills.
When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their dog - camping, hiking, spending time at the lake.
Brad is always looking to solve the next challenge with his attention to detail, and brings with him nearly 2 decades of experience.
